According to forecast and history, the downpour and flooding won't end any time soon. But sure as the sun rises on the east, this particularly splendid memory of the northern watchtower will carry me through next summer.
Although my lenses didn't need repair, all my photos came out hazy and spotty. It had snowed relentlessly since dawn but with very limited time I had to brave the wintry walk along Fifth Avenue. This post is for those who like to see things in black and white.
